1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and purchasing from Zevran (zevran.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All products are designed and manufactured by Zevran as independent aftermarket accessories. Zevran is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any original equipment manufacturer or brand.

2. Intellectual Property

All physical products, CAD designs, website content, images, and branding sold or displayed on zevran.net are the exclusive intellectual property of Zevran. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, duplicate, or resell our products or designs for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

3. Unsolicited Ideas and Feedback Policy

Zevran welcomes feedback and custom solution requests from our community. However, to avoid any future legal misunderstandings regarding intellectual property, any ideas, concepts, CAD files, suggestions, or materials you submit to Zevran (collectively, "Submissions") are subject to the following binding terms:

  • A. Ownership and License: By sending us a Submission, you grant Zevran a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, modify, manufacture, commercialize, and distribute products based on those Submissions without any obligation to compensate you.
  • B. No Confidentiality: You agree that your Submission is not confidential. No fiduciary, confidential, or trust relationship is created between you and Zevran by your Submission.
  • C. Waiver of Rights: You explicitly waive any "moral rights," rights of attribution, or claims to ownership over any final products designed, manufactured, or sold by Zevran that resemble your Submission. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to any financial compensation or royalties.
  • D. Originality: You warrant that your Submission is your original creation and does not infringe upon the patents, copyrights, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • E. No Obligation: Zevran is under no obligation to review, use, or return any Submissions or provided materials. While we may, at our sole discretion, provide you with free prototypes in exchange for your feedback, this does not alter these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Zevran physical products are engineered for convenience and standard recreational use. By purchasing and installing our products, the buyer assumes all responsibility for their safe and proper use.

Digital Files and User-Manufactured Parts: For any digital designs, CAD files, or 3D models provided by Zevran (including free downloads via third-party platforms), all files are provided strictly "AS IS." Because Zevran cannot control the manufacturing process, material selection, or print settings used by the end-user, Zevran assumes absolutely no liability for structural failures, property damage, or injuries resulting from parts printed from our digital files.

Under no circumstances shall Zevran be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, property damage, third-party claims, or personal injury) arising from the installation, use, or misuse of our physical products or digital designs.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is incredibly important to us. When you make a purchase or create an account, we collect basic information (such as your name, shipping address, and email) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order, communicating shipping updates, and managing your account.

We process payments securely through Stripe and never store your credit card information on our servers. We will never sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Zevran reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
