1. Acceptance of Terms & Business Model

By accessing and purchasing from Zevran (zevran.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Zevran, LLC operates exclusively as an online e-commerce studio. All physical products are designed, manufactured, and shipped directly to customer addresses across the United States; Zevran does not operate a public or walk-in retail storefront. All products are designed and manufactured by Zevran, LLC as independent aftermarket accessories. Zevran, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any original equipment manufacturer or brand.

2. Intellectual Property

All physical products, CAD designs, website content, images, and branding sold or displayed on zevran.net are the exclusive intellectual property of Zevran. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, duplicate, or resell our products or designs for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

3. Billing & Taxes

Sales tax is collected where required by applicable state law. For shipments to jurisdictions where Zevran, LLC is not required to collect sales tax, customers may be responsible for applicable state and local use taxes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zevran physical products are engineered for convenience and standard recreational use. By purchasing and installing our products, the buyer assumes all responsibility for their safe and proper use.

Digital Files and User-Manufactured Parts: For any digital designs, CAD files, or 3D models provided by Zevran (including free downloads via third-party platforms), all files are provided strictly "AS IS." Because Zevran cannot control the manufacturing process, material selection, or print settings used by the end-user, Zevran assumes absolutely no liability for structural failures, property damage, or injuries resulting from parts printed from our digital files.

Under no circumstances shall Zevran be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, property damage, third-party claims, or personal injury) arising from the installation, use, or misuse of our physical products or digital designs.

6. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zevran, LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related in any way to: (i) your access to, use, or misuse of any physical products or digital designs purchased from zevran.net; (ii) your violation of these Terms of Service; or (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. Zevran, LLC reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully with our defense of such claims.

7. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you, for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, estate, insurers, successors, and assigns, hereby fully and forever release and discharge Zevran, LLC from any and all claims or causes of action you may have for damages arising from or relating in any way to your use of our physical products, digital designs, or website. If you are a consumer who resides in California, you hereby explicitly waive your rights under California Civil Code § 1542, which provides: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any legal suits, actions, or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Texas.
